For a long time, I have been drawn to understanding how people find clarity — and why they lose it.
Twenty years working at the intersection of tourism, hospitality, and experience design across Europe and beyond. Not building a career — building an understanding.
What stayed constant through all of it was a simple idea: every person carries an internal sense of what is right. A felt understanding of what is needed, and what aligns. Not universally — but individually. Most of us have not lost this. We have just stopped listening.
The result is a quiet dissonance between what we know and how we act.
Based in Sóller since 2010, Mallorca became the place where those twenty years finally cohered — into a format, a philosophy, and a studio.
The right environment does not create clarity.
It restores the conditions for it to emerge.
When the system feels safe and coherent, the brain becomes more adaptable — not by force, but by state. The right set and setting — external circumstances — become the catalyst for internal change.
